Should any Supplier, Service Provider or Contractor encounter any malpractice within KCM that is contrary, or could be deemed to be contrary, to acceptable KCM business practices as contained in any written procedures, published business practices, the reporting of such malpractice can be made anonymously to the Head of Security.

The reporting of malpractice can be done verbally or in writing, and will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
