It is KCM's intention to arrange for the supply of all Commodity Goods on a contractual basis.

The procedure of awarding a Commodity Contract operates as follows:-

    • Core business

    • Certified copies of:

    • Certificate of Incorporation

    • Memorandum/Articles of Association

    • Trading Licence

    • Tax Registration Number

The Commodity Supply Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is available from and should be returned to:-

  1. KCM will evaluate pre-qualification submissions, following which a supplier shortlist will be compiled.

  2. KCM will then issue the detailed tender specifications to the shortlisted suppliers.

  3. Shortlisted suppliers may then submit their tender bids in a sealed envelope into the tender box before the specified closing date and time.

  4. KCM will notify the chosen supplier and the unsuccessful suppliers and will officially award the contract.

Note: KCM reserves the right not to award a contract or, alternatively, to award more that one contract for the same commodity group.
